All students will leave with loaves of fresh bread, recipe packets, and the knowledge (and flour) to make their own bread at home!

I want to award this place 100 stars, but I'm limited to 5. I took a Saturday baking class with Anthony. Not only was his baking knowledge extensive, his personality and innate teaching ability made the hands-on experience a true pleasure that I didn't want to end! Anthony went above and beyond with his demonstrations and explanations of how to make different doughs and pastries. It was seriously a great time and I had a ton of fun learning from him!
Took the sourdough baking class at the House of Bread. It was awesome. Marianne, the teacher, was great. Very knowledgeable and very informative. I want to go back for the focaccia and pizza dough class. I would highly recommend.
I just wanted you to know how much fun my sister and I had! Anthony was lovely, and answered all of our questions, and it felt like a participatory class, not just observation (even though it was!). The food you prepared before the class was delicious and generous! It was fun trying all of the different options, including your yummy chanterelle toast!
